BT

Better Tomorrow

The problem

As part of a research project, BT highlighted a lack in digital skills for people aged 55+. What’s more, this segment of society felt digitally excluded and low in confidence in their overall digital skills. As a digital technology provider BT were compelled to react.

The solution

BT decided to create a digital engagement programme aimed at getting the 55+ age bracket up-to-speed with digital technology. We created a campaign featuring older people doing cool things online as an example of how learning digital skills and being online can enhance the way everyday experiences. To bolster the ads we also created loads of digital tactics and events from coding sessions to digital skills workshops.

The outcome

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
